Analisis Tingkat Mathematic Anxiety dalam Pembelajaran Matematika

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kecemasan siswa saat belajar matematika di SMA Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh. Melibatkan 30 siswa dari kelas X G, metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan angket tertutup yang mengukur empat indikator kecemasan matematis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 60% siswa mengalami kecemasan matematis yang sangat tinggi atau sangat tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ada masalah besar dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di sekolah ini. Tantangan-tantangan ini berdampak pada motivasi belajar siswa dan kinerja akademik mereka.
