Review Process
Submitted article manuscripts will go through an initial review process by the editor-in-chief and a section editor will be assigned to handle each manuscript. If the content of the manuscript is in accordance with the focus of the journal and the structure of the manuscript is in accordance with the writing format, the article manuscript will be sent to two reviewers for peer-review with a double-blind approach. A third reviewer will be assigned if there is a dispute between the first two reviewers. After completion of the review, the article manuscript will be returned to the author for revision. All reviewers are guaranteed not affiliated with the same institution as the reviewed manuscript's author(s). The process of editing-reviewing can take up to 2 - 8 weeks for each manuscript.
If the editor decides that the manuscript needs to be revised before being sent to the reviewer, the manuscript will be sent back to the author for revision within the specified time. If the result of the manuscript that has been reviewed is requested to be revised, then the manuscript will be sent back to the author to be revised and sent back. If the editor decides to decline/reject, then the rejected manuscript may no longer be submitted to this journal.
