Tantangan Bagi Perkembangan Psikososial Anak dan Remaja di Era Pendidikan Modern: Studi Literatur

Penelitian ini mengulas tantangan psikososial yang dihadapi anak-anak dan remaja dalam konteks perkembangan mereka di era pendidikan modern. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur, studi ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan emosional siswa, termasuk tekanan akademis, pengaruh media sosial, dan perubahan dinamika keluarga. Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dan remaja mengalami peningkatan stres, kecemasan, dan depresi yang signifikan akibat tuntutan pendidikan yang semakin tinggi dan eksposur yang terus menerus terhadap teknologi digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dukungan dari keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini. Kesimpulannya, diperlukan pendekatan holistik dalam sistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya fokus pada prestasi akademik tetapi juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan psikososial siswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan mendukung.
