Science learning at the junior secondary school level is still predominantly conducted using conventional methods and has not optimally integrated digital technology. Therefore, innovative and technology-based learning models are required. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Inquiry Collaborative model assisted by Canva digital posters on students' critical thinking and computational thinking skills. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of two seventh-grade classes from State Junior High School 1 Sorong City and State Junior High School 2 Sorong City, each comprising 31 students, who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, MANOVA, and regression analysis. The results indicate that the Inquiry Collaborative model assisted by Canva digital posters has a significant effect on improving students' critical thinking and computational thinking skills. Therefore, this model is effective for implementation in junior secondary school science learning.
