The advancement of technology in education enables the development of interactive learning media to enhance students' understanding of complex subjects. This study aims to design and develop an interactive learning media based on Construct 2 to help students comprehend the human organ system. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach, consisting of six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The media was tested through validation by subject matter and media experts, as well as trials with elementary school students. The findings indicate that this interactive learning media received a "highly feasible" rating from experts and positive feedback from students. The implementation of this media significantly improved students’ understanding of the human organ system, enhanced learning motivation, and facilitated teachers in delivering lessons. In conclusion, this technology-based interactive learning media is effective in supporting science education in elementary schools. The study recommends further development by incorporating more interactive multimedia features and conducting broader-scale testing.
