Penyebaran Kecanduan Rokok Elektrik (Vape) dengan Model SCIR

Penggunaan rokok elektrik (vape) berkembang sebagai fenomena sosial dan kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antarindividu, pengaruh teman sebaya, serta persepsi bahwa vape lebih aman dibandingkan rokok konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan membentuk dan menganalisis model matematika tipe SCIR (Susceptible-Carrier-Infected-Recovered) untuk menggambarkan dinamika penyebaran kecanduan vape dalam suatu populasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-analitis melalui formulasi sistem persamaan diferensial nonlinear, penentuan titik ekuilibrium, perhitungan bilangan reproduksi dasar, analisis kestabilan lokal, dan simulasi numerik. Populasi dibagi ke dalam empat kompartemen, yaitu individu rentan, individu coba-coba sebagai pembawa pengaruh sosial, individu kecanduan, dan individu pulih. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa titik ekuilibrium bebas kecanduan adalah E0=(1,0,0,0), sedangkan penyebaran dikendalikan oleh bilangan reproduksi dasar . Jika R0<1, kelas carrier dan kecanduan menurun sehingga sistem bergerak menuju kondisi bebas kecanduan. Sebaliknya, jika R0>1, proporsi individu kecanduan meningkat dan sistem cenderung menuju kondisi endemik. Simulasi numerik memperlihatkan bahwa peningkatan laju pengaruh sosial dan laju transisi menuju kecanduan mempercepat penyebaran, sedangkan peningkatan laju pemulihan menekan nilai R0. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi, pembatasan interaksi berisiko, dan penguatan program pemulihan sebagai strategi pengendalian penyebaran kecanduan vape.Downloads
