This study examines the psychosocial challenges faced by children and adolescents in the context of their development in the modern educational era. Using a literature review method, this study identified and analyzed various factors that affect students' mental and emotional health, including academic pressure, the influence of social media, and changing family dynamics. The results of this review indicate that children and adolescents experience significant increases in stress, anxiety, and depression due to the increasing demands of education and continuous exposure to digital technology. In addition, this study also found that support from family, school, and community is essential to overcome these challenges. In conclusion, a holistic approach is needed in the education system that does not only focus on academic achievement but also pays attention to students' psychosocial well-being to create a healthy and supportive learning environment.
